The Information We Collect and How We Collect It

You can enjoy the Kids-Online.Com Web site without providing any personally identifiable information (“PII”). We may ask for your date of birth, a nickname and gender for other site features, but these are not considered PII because they do not specifically identify you.

However, if you want to participate in some other features, as many kids do, such as chatting we may ask you to register and provide us with the following PII: your parent's email address, [your full name, your physical address, including street address, city and state] and your email address. This is performed in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

The method of data collection described, in which we ask you to provide information to us, is the only way in which we collect PII from you.
