As we (Kids Online) offer you a free service, there are a few rules you must follow, and a few things you must know. If you violate any of these rules, there could be consequences that include banned from the specific area, or the Kids Online Service. These rules/notices are the following:

1. Kids Online or any company having interaction with Kids Online is not responsible for any effect on Computers, Software, Internet Account, or any other things while using Kids Online.
2. You shall not make fun of or insult any other Kid Board user due to their race, color, religion, or any other beliefs.
3. You shall not use the Kids Online service in a way so that it is unusable for other Kids Online users.
4. You shall not post any pictures, posts, or any other information that may be unsuitable for kids, or offend others in any way.
5. Kids Online has the right to change these rules at any time.

You will probably notice that we have linked our site to other Web sites. You should understand that this does not mean that we have looked at all those sites, that we have checked them out, or that we endorse them. We disclaim any responsibility if some site you link to has material on it that offends you in any way.
